Thank you for purchasing this master / slave power strip with surge protection.
The master / slave power strip lets you play to save power. Use this power strip, for example on your PC. Plug your PC as a master on
the power strip, and your peripheral devices as a slave. The combined power of compound used electrical goods such as computers,
monitors, printers and scanners are thus automatically. Please read the information below, so you can use your new power socket
perfectly.

Operation
This professional power strip equipped with a master socket and 7 other slave sockets. Plug your main device in the master socket. Use
the slave sockets to connect additional slaves. The slaves are in a row automatically supplied with power when the main power is turned
on. Likewise, the secondary units are switched off automatically when the main unit, the "master" is turned off. On the socket are two
diodes. The green diode labeled "Überspannungsschutz" shows whether power is applied to the power strip and surge protection is
enabled. The yellow LED labeled "Slave-Ein" indicates whether the side outlets (slave) applied current. (Fig. 1) The threshold is adjusted
in this master / slave power strip by Phillips screwdriver. Right next to the supply power cable is the "reset button". (Fig. 2)

To adjust Master/Slave-function
Verify that the power strip is plugged into a 230V household power supply. (Green LED "Überspannungsschutz" is illuminated. If the
power supply is already connected, plug in your master device in standby mode. Now press the reset button for 3 seconds. Connect your
slave devices (located in standby mode). Turn on the master device and turn on the switching threshold to be your slave units switch.
The yellow diode " slave-Ein" will burn.
Surge Protection
If the surge protector has tripped, first unplug the power strip from the power supply and check your power supply and plugged devices
before re-plug the power strip.
