Knob
set thermostat to the desired temperature

by turning the thermostat knob ( clock-wise
direction). Set the Beep switch to position 1
Preserving cooking,

The unit keeps heating, keeping the pre-set
temperature (heater is operating ON/OFF, visible
at the control light). Timer operates, timer knob
turns back till the OFF position is reached.
Afterwards unit is automatically switched OFF.
