Montage und Verdrahtung
· Das Gerät kann für feste Installation in trockenen
Innenräumen, zum Einbau in Starkstromverteiler oder
Kleingehäusen auf Hutschienen (EN 607 15-TH35-7)
verwendet werden.

GEFAHR
· Das Gerät darf nur von einer zugelassenen Elektrofachkraft
installiert und in Betrieb genommen werden.
· Bei Anschluss des Gerätes ist darauf zu achten, dass das
Gerät freigeschaltet werden kann.
· Das Gerät darf nicht geöffnet werden.
· Bei der Planung und Errichtung von elektrischen Anlagen
sind
die
einschlägigen
Bestimmungen des jeweiligen Landes zu beachten.
Allgemeine Beschreibung
Das Reiheneinbaugerät im N-Maß (1 TE) kann in N-Verteiler,
D1
AP oder UP und überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo
Hutschienen vorhanden sind. Durch Aufschnappen auf die
D2
Hutschiene
(mit
D4
Kontaktierung mit der Buslinie. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass
die Beschriftung der Schnittstelle KXIK00RU-- aus der gleichen
Richtung lesbar ist wie die der übrigen Geräte auf der
Hutschiene. Damit ist die richtige Polung erreicht. Bei Montage
der Schnittstelle KXIK00RU-- kann (auch für weitere Geräte auf
der Hutschiene) der sonst übliche Verbinder entfallen. Die
Busspannung wird von der Busklemme zur Datenschiene
weitergeleitet.
Verbindung zum Bus ohne Kontaktsystem
Bei Kontaktierung über Busklemme (Datenschiene nicht
eingelegt) ist das Kontaktsystem zur Datenschiene durch
Abnehmen der Fixierung z.B. mittels Schraubendreher und
anschließendem Aufschnappen der beiliegenden Isolierkappe
abzudecken, um ausreichende Isolation zur Hutschiene zu
gewährleisten.
Abnehmen der Fixierung (Bild 2)
· Die Fixierung (D3) umschließt das Kontaktsystem (D2) auf
der Rückseite der Schnittstelle KXIK00RU-- (D1).
· Den Schraubendreher zwischen dem Reiheneinbaugerät
(D1) und der Fixierung (D3) einführen und die Fixierung
heraushebeln.
Aufschnappen der Isolierkappe (Bild 2)
· Die Isolierkappe (D4) auf das Kontaktsystem stecken und
durch Drücken aufschnappen.
Allgemeine Hinweise
· Die Bedienungsanleitung ist dem Kunden auszuhändigen.
· Ein defektes Gerät ist mit einem Rücklieferschein an Ihre
Schrack Niederlassung vor Ort zu senden.

Installation Instructions
· The device may be used for permanent interior installations
in dry locations, within distribution boards or small casings
with DIN-rail (according to EN 60715-TH35-7).

WARNING
· The device must be mounted and commissioned by an
authorized electrician.
· When connecting the device, it should be ensured that the
device can be isolated.
· The device must not be opened.
· For planning and construction of electric installations, the
relevant guidelines, regulations and standards of the
respective country are to be considered.
General description
The N-system DIN-rail device can be installed to N-system
distribution boards, surface or flush mounted, or to any DIN-rail
available that has a data rail installed. The connection to the
bus line is established by clicking the device onto the DIN-rail
(with a data rail installed). Take care that the type plates of all
devices on a DIN-rail can be read in the same direction,
guaranteeing the devices are polarized correctly. If the Interface
KXIK00RU-- is installed, the conventional adapter is not
necessary (also for other DIN-rail devices connected to the
same data rail). The bus voltage is carried from the bus
connection block to the data rail.
Connection to the bus without data rail
If the connection is established via bus connection block
(data rail not installed), the data rail connection system has to
be covered with the enclosed insulation hood after removing the
guiding ring, for example, with a screw driver to guarantee a
sufficient insulation from the DIN-rail.
Removing the guiding top (Figure 2)
· The guiding top (D3) encloses the contact system (D2) on
the rear of the interface KXIK00RU-- (D1).
· Insert the screwdriver between the DIN-rail mounted device
(D1) and the guiding ring (D3) and remove the guiding ring.
Clipping on the insulating hood (Figure 2)
· Place the insulating hood (D4) on the contact system and
press so that it snaps in place.
General Notes
· The operating instructions must be handed over to the client.
· A faulty device shall be sent with a Return Good Note for
Service to the Schrack sales organisation in your country.
