4.3 INSTALLAZIONE
Al ricevimento, controllare che non vi
siano danni e che ci sia tutto il
materiale sopra elencato. Effettuare il
collegamento di messa a terra.
Controllare che la pressione di rete
dell'aria compressa sia sufficiente,
considerando che normalmente si
lavora tra i 3 ed i 4 bar.
ATTENZIONE:
La pressione non deve superare il
valore massimo di targa.
II motore pneumatico deve essere
alimentato con aria industriale pulita,
controllare che sulla linea dell'aria
siano installati efficaci sistemi di
filtraggio e separatori di condensa.
Giornalmente occorre scaricare le
impurità e I'eventuale condensa
accumulata nel filtro aria sulla
macchina.
Collegare i tubi aria di polverizzazione
e mandata vernice ai rispettivi attacchi
(C: aria - N: vernice), avendo cura di
serrare bene i raccordi.
ATTENZIONE:
Non invertire i collegamenti sulla
macchina.

4.3 INSTALLMENT
When you receive the pump make
sure that it has not been damaged and
that it comprises all the items
mentioned above. Earth the pump.
Make sure the inline air pressure is
high enough, also taking into account
that working pressures normally vary
from 3 to 4 bar.
WARNING:
The preasure must not exceed the
maximum value indicated on the
plate.
The pneumatic motor must be
supplied with clean industrial air; make
sure efficient filtering and condensa-
te separation systems are installed on
the air line. All impurities and the
eventual condensate that has built up
inside the air filter on top of the pump
must be drained daily.
Connect the air atomization and paint
delivery hoses, respectively, to the
corresponding attachments (C: air -
N: paint) carefully tightening the
fittings.
WARNING:
Do not invert the unit connections.

4.3 INSTALLATIE
Bij de ontvangst moet men
controleren
of
er
beschadigingen zijn en of alle
voornoemde materiaal aanwezig is.
De verbinding van aardeaansluiting
uitvoeren. Controleren of de netdruk
van de perslucht voldoende is,
rekening houdend met het feit dat men
gewoonlijk werkt tussen 3 en 4 bar.
OPGELET:
De druk mag de maximum
waarde van de plaat niet
overschrijden.
De pneumatische motor moet gevoed
worden met zuivere industriële lucht,
men moet controleren of er op de lijn
van de lucht efficiënte systemen van
filtratie en scheiders van de condens
geïnstalleerd zijn. Men moet dagelijks
alle onzuiverheden en de eventuele
condens opgehoopt in de luchtfilter
op de machine afvoeren.
De buizen van verstuivingslucht en
toevoer verf verbinden met de
desbetreffende aansluitingen (C:lucht
– N:verf), en ervoor zorgen dat de
aansluitingen goed vastgedraaid zijn.
OPGELET:
De verbindingen op de machine
niet omkeren.
