SELF-CLEANING FUNCTION
• Cleaning should be done regularly according to the hardness of water and frequency
of use.
• Fill the water tank with water.
• Make sure that the steam knob is turned to DRY. Connect the iron to a power supply
and turn the temperature selector to MAX. The indicator light will illuminate
• When the indicator light goes off, hold the iron over a sink and turn the steam knob to
self-clean position. Steam and hot, boiling water will come out of the holes in the sole
plate as impurities and flakes will be flushed out.
• Release the knob to 0 setting as soon the water is empty.
IRONING TIPS
• Always check if your garment has ironing instructions attached before ironing. Always
follow these instructions.
• If no ironing instructions are attached but you know the material of the garment,
please refer to the iron table below.
• The iron table below is not applicable to fabrics who has gone through special
treatment such as shining, frill etc.
• The iron heats up quicker than it cools down. Therefore you should start ironing
garments that requires low temperatures first.
• Fabrics that consists of various kinds of fibers must be ironed on the lowest
temperature.
• Fabrics in 100% wool may be ironed when the iron is set to a steam position. Set
steam knob to MAX position and set the temperature to medium or high. Use a dry
cloth as a mat.
• Velvet and other fabrics that rapidly becomes shiny should be ironed in only one
direction with a light pressure applied. Always keep the iron moving to avoid burns.
• Silk and other fabrics that are likely to become shiny should be ironed on the inner
side. To prevent staining, do not spray water directly on to the silk.

By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
