• Risk of injury! Do not put any objects or fingers through the protective
grill during operation.
• Disconnect the product from power, before moving it.
• Never move the product by pulling on the cable.
• Do not wrap the cord around the product.
• Do not place the product next to stoves or other heat sources.
• Do not use spray bottles / cans near the product.
• Only use the device with a properly secured protective grille.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection
of the device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively
by an expert or at a qualified shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating
instructions, contact our technical support service or other technical
personnel.

Installation

a) Setting up
• Place the product on a flat, even surface.
• Make sure the product cannot fall down.
b) Wall installation
• Use the stand as a template. Mark the 2 drill holes on the installation surface.
Hold the stand against the wall with the screw holes on top.
• Drill 2 holes in the installation surface.
When drilling or tightening screws, make sure not to damage any cables,
wires or pipes located underneath the surface.
• Insert wall anchors into the drill holes.
• Screw the screws into the wall. The screws should protrude from the wall slightly.
• Hold the stand against the wall so that the screws fit through the screw holes.
• Then move the product slightly to the left to guide the screws into the narrow
section.

Operation

• Make sure the switch is at position 0.
• Connect the power plug to a common household power outlet.
• Tilt the protective guard to the desired position. Do not use any force.
• Use the switch to set the speed.
0 = off
1 = low speed
2 = medium speed
3 = high speed
• Turn off the product after use.
• Unplug the product for extended periods of disuse.
Cleaning and care
• Disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning.
• Under no circumstances use aggressive cleanings agents, cleaning alcohol or other
chemical solutions since these can penetrate the housing or impair functionality.
• The product is maintenance-free except for occasional cleaning. There are no
components inside the product that require maintenance. So never open the
product.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth and some
mild detergent to remove tough stains.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in
accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of
the environment.
