TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

SYMPTOM
The tower speaker
will not turn on
Cannot pair
successfully
The volume is low
Cannot play properly,
the music plays
intermittently
The sound is
distorted
SOLUTION
- Make sure AC power plug is connected to the wall
socket outlet properly and it has power.
- If this does not help, leave the unit unplugged
before seeking advice from a qualified person.
- Check whether the speaker is in search mode.
- Check whether there are other Bluetooth
®
around your Bluetooth
avoid any disturbance. Attempt to pair again.
- You can click "Forget this device" and then repair
it again if required. Search for "K8050" on the

Bluetooth device and pair it again.
Make sure the volume has been turned to a medium
to high level on the audio device.
Check whether the distance between the speaker

and your Bluetooth device is out of its working
distance (10m), or whether there are some obstacles
blocking the communication between the speaker

Bluetooth device to get the best reception.
