2. Vorbereitung der Grafikkarte
Entfernen
Sie
die
Backplate, den Kühler sowie verbliebende
Reste von Wärmeleitmitteln. Anschließend
können
die
Wärmeleitpads
Lieferumfang des Kühlers gemäß der obigen
Abbildung aufgebracht werden. Die Dicke der
Wärmeleitpad ist wie folgt:
1. Wärmeleitpad 1,00mm (hellgrau)
2. Wärmeleitpad 2,00mm (dunkegrau)
GPU-Bereich und HBM Speicher werden
anschließend
gleichmäßig
Wärmeleitpaste versehen.
Die Wärmeleitpads sind beidseitig mit
einer Schutzfolie versehen. Diese müssen vor
Verwendung entfernt werden!

Remove the factory assembled backplate, the
original cooler and all remaining residue of
thermal compound. Place the supplied thermal
pads on the graphic card as illustrated.
Thickness of the thermal compound is as
follows:
1. thermal pad 1.00mm (light grey)
2. thermal pad 2,00mm (dark grey)
Apply the thermal compound evenly to the
GPU area and the HBM memory, as illustrated.
Both sides of the pads are covered with a
protective film which must be removed before
the installation!
