7. Warranty
We offer a 2-year unlimited manufacturer's warranty (from the date of sale) for all
BioGreen products. This does not cover damage caused by external acts of force,
improper use, or failure to follow these operating instructions, and cleaning and servicing
procedures.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by frost, or for inadequate heating
output for specific spatial dimensions, or due to insufficient thermal insulation.
Important note
Opening of the device and any repair tasks can only be performed by authorized
professionals in compliance with valid specifications for maintenance. Only original parts
can be installed.
We can only guarantee trouble-free functioning and operating safety when proper
installation procedures are followed and the device is handled correctly. This also applies
to any legal conditions set forth in the law concerning technical equipment and any
applicable accident prevention specifications.
In case of a warranty claim, please fill out the attached guarantee/info card.
