6. First start up/ In Betriebname

6.1 Fuel / Brennstoff

GB: The burner is designed for both 6 and 8 mm pellets, but does not require any special quality.
D: Der Brenner ist für beide 6 und 8 mm Pellets geeignet, aber stellt keine speziellen Forderungen zur
Pellets-Qualität an.

6.2 Indstillinger / Einstellungen/ Parameters

Step 1:
D: Zufuhr von Pellet soll für den Bedarf des Hauses eingepasst sein. Die Parameter sollen in der
Regelung programmiert sein (se Abschnitt 6.3)
GB: The amount of pellet brought to the burner by the feeder system shall be fitted to the need of the
house. This is programmed in the controller (see paragraph 6.3).
Step 2:
D: Die Klappe vor dem Brenner Einlauf soll als Ausgangspunkt ganz offen stehen.
GB: The inlet valve on the fan shall as be left fully open at start-up for the adjustment of the air supply
regulation.
Step 3:
D: Die Luftmenge ist so einreguliert dass eine CO2 Inhalt von zwischen 10 und 12 % ins Rauggas gemessen
werden kann.
GB: Regulate the air volume to achieve a content of CO2 of between 10 and 12 % in the flue gas.

7. Cleaning and maintenance/ Reinigung und Unterhaltung

7. 1 Cleaning / Reinigung

GB: Dependent on the quality and type of the pellets and of the programmed parameters the frequency of cleaning of the
burner wills vary.
As a minimum it can be recommended to check the state at least every 14 days.
Normally a cleaning of the burner inset and the inside of the burner housing will be sufficient. Simply lift and take out the
burner inset for cleaning. Bruch off any ash from both the burner inset in the inner tunnel of the burner house (see the
drawings beneath).
D: In Abhängigkeit von den Qualität und Type die Pellets und Einstellung der Brenner, variiert die Frequenz womit eine
Reinigung notwendig ist.
Als ein Minimum ist es eine Empfehlung dass eine Inspektion von dem Brenner mindestens jeder 14 Tage gemacht ist.
Normaler weise ist eine Reinigung von dem Brenner Einsatz und der Innern von Brenner Haus genügend (se die unter
stehenden Zeichnungen).
