3. NCG reserves the right to charge a handling fee if
a returned Product is found not to be under warranty
according to these terms and conditions.

further details.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This warranty is valid only if the original proof of
chase issued to the original purchaser of the Product,
specifying the date and place of purchase, is presented
to NCG together with the Product to be repaired or
replaced. NCG reserves the right to refuse warranty
service if this information has been removed or changed
after the original purchase of the Product.
2. This warranty does not cover any failure of the Product
due to (a) normal wear and tear, (b) misuse, including but
not limited to use in other than the normal and customary
manner or use contrary to NCG's instructions for use, (c)
accident, modification, adjustment or attempted repair
by anyone else than NCG or its authorised warranty
service provider, (d) damage resulting from exposure of
the Product to moisture, spillage of food or liquids or to
extreme environmental conditions or chemical products,
(e) other acts beyond NCG's reasonable control.
3. No express warranty whether written or oral is given
in relation to the Product other than this Warranty.
All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by
statute or common law (save for the conditions implied
by section 12, 13 , 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act
1979) are to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded.
Subject to the other provisions of these conditions,
NCG's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of
the Product and NCG shall not be liable for any loss,
costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly
or indirectly by the purchase or use of the Product.

However, nothing in these conditions excludes or limits
the liability of NCG for death or personal injury caused
by NCG's negligence or under section 2(3) Consumer
Protection Act 1987 or for any matter for which it would
be illegal for NCG to exclude or attempt to exclude its
liability, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
4. This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
