Guarantee
This Savisto product is supplied with a 24-month guarantee and 2-year fixed warranty,
effective from the date of receipt. Proof of purchase is an absolute requirement for
any claims under this guarantee. To claim, you must retain and be able to produce your
receipt and/or order number, so please keep this information safe.
Terms of guarantee

The guarantee applies only where the item has been used solely for its intended use,
and where all assembly, usage and care instructions have been followed correctly.

This product is designed for domestic use only and as such the guarantee only
applies to domestic use.
●
The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects only. It does not cover
wear and tear of individual parts.
Notifying us about defects under this guarantee
●
To claim a refund under this guarantee, faults and defects
soon as is practicable after they become apparent.
In the first instance, contact Savisto via this email address: support@savisto.com.

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, please insert your order
number and the phrase 'Guarantee Claim' in the subject line of your email. In the main
body of the message, provide a description of the fault.

A customer service representative will then advise next steps.
●
If we deem it necessary for the product to be returned to us for inspection, it must
be returned, so far as is practicable, in its original packaging to the address advised by
our customer service team.
●
We strongly advise that you return items using most economical delivery method
and that you retain proof of posting. If a return is deemed necessary, returns (and
claims for postage costs) cannot be considered unless and until we have received the
items.
●
Please note that international customers are responsible for the postal cost of all
returns.
