Installation:


Perform all handling operations on the illuminant only when the power is disconnected.

Place the ground spike at the selected place by following the safety and warning notes. Make
sure that no water can collect at the location.

Push the ground spike into the ground by hand. Please do not use a hammer or similar tool to
do this.

The ground spike cannot be rammed into rock. There is danger of injury and the spike could
become damaged.

Position the ground spike at the desired place. Make sure that the ground spikes are firmly
connected with the base.

Make sure that there are no obstacles in the walking area when laying the cable.

The must not be buried into the ground and must be freed from leaves and dirt if necessary.

Check the entire system at regular intervals for tightness, ability to function and possible
damage.

Check the proper connections once again.

The name plate must not be removed.
Assembly instructions:
Changing the illuminant

Only use an LED illuminant max. 3,5W.

The use of other illuminants can lead to overheating

The power supply has to be disconnected before changing the illuminant.

The light has to cool off for a sufficient period of time if is changed immediately after the
illuminant fails.

Remove the top plate and the safety glass first of all. Remove the faulty illuminant. Carefully
insert the new illuminant into the holder and check that it is properly seated. Do not use any
force or extreme pressure.

Reassemble the top plate with the safety glass again. Make quite sure you have flawless,
clean seal for the sealing surfaces before reassembly. Make sure that the seal and the top
plates are seated properly. Faulty lamp covers have to be replaced immediately.

Switch on the voltage supply again.
