User Guide for Synchronization Solutions

When using a synchronization model of the NoteBox; NBOX-B-8-CY // NBOX-W-
8-CY // NBOX-B-20Sph-CY // NBOX-W-20Sph-CY. Inside the Note Box's
electronics compartment there are 1-2 sync hubs which are daisy chained and
can be managed through the USB connection installed on the side.
Before any data transfer, please make sure all devices are plugged-in and
connected to a hub. Insert the USB cable into the USB connector and connect
to a computer.
Use the chosen manager program to find all devices and start data
synchronization.
Do not disconnect any cables during data transfer and make sure all devices
have finished transferring before unplugging. When finished, unplug the data
cable from the computer.
Information about the LED system: NSYNC-U10-SC and NSYNC-UC10-SC have a
color-coded lighting system. Such that when the red light is on it means that
the power is on. When it is lighting green the synchronization function is in
operation. The fan is thermoregulated and only turns on when it gets too hot.

Power Supply issues:
To examine any problems related to power supply, please open the NoteBox,
and remove all devices.
Disassemble the screws on the back and take away the backplate to gain access
to the electronics (for reference see the "Preparation and cable installation
guide").
Issue
1a. A cable has been
disconnected from
the charger.
1b. A charger has
been disconnected
from the On/Off
switch and the LED´s
are no longer lighting
up.
Solution
Kindly plug back in the cable.
Kindly check all connecting cables are fastened and
securely attached. When the LED is on, check if the
device is charging.
