- Seite 10 Austausch Panel/ Frontrahmen Connect 32/37/42 Der Frontrahmen des Connect ist mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes mit dem Display verklebt. Um den Frontrahmen zu entfernen muss der Rahmen vorsichtig vom Display mittels Abdrückwerkzeug entfernt werden. Setzen Sie das Abdrückwerkzeug vorsichtig zwischen Dis- play und Rahmen an.
- Seite 11 Bild 2 Bild 3 Durch die Hebelkraft können Sie den Rahmen vom Display entfernen. Gehen Sie hierbei Stück für Stück sehr vorsichtig vor und unterstützen Sie das Ablösen der Front durch zusätzliches drücken des Frontrahmens vom Display (Bild 2 und 3). Bewegen Sie die Abziehhilfe im oberen und unteren Bereich nur nach rechts und links (Bild 4).
- Seite 12 Bevor die untere Seite gelöst werden kann , legen Sie das Gerät auf das Panel. Um Schaden am Frontrahmen und Panel zu verhindern, legen Sie das Gerät auf eine saubere und weiche Unterlage. Entfernen Sie die beiden Lautsprecherboxen die jeweils mit drei Torx-Schrauben befestigt sind (Bild6).
- Seite 13 Heben Sie die Träger vorsichtig an und legen Sie die Bedieneinheit frei. Bevor sie die Träger mit Chassishalter vom Display entfernen können, muss die Bedieneinheit vom Frontrahmen gelöst werden. Diese ist mit zwei Torx-Schrauben befestigt (Bild 9) Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabelbäume von der Inverter-Unit und vom FRC-Modul abgesteckt sind (Bild 10 und 11).
- Seite 14 Achtung! Gehen Sie behutsam mit der Abziehhilfe vor und vermeiden Sie zu starke Hebelbewegungen. Zu starke Hebelkräfte können eine Beschädigung des Displayrahmens zur Folge haben (Bild 14). In order to remove the front frame please use the removal tool carefully. Place the removal tool between panel and front frame.
