COFFEE MAKER DPV-2006
HOW USE:
1. Before making coffee you should use the coffee maker once with
water only (without coffee or filter paper).
2. First, take the required length of cable from the storage compart-
ment, and clamp in position.
3. Insert the plug into the socket.
4. Fill the carafe with cold water, tip up the lid, pour water from
the flask into the water tank, tip down the lid in original position.
5. Place the carafe in original position. Note that the lid should be
tightened correctly.
6. Start the brewing process by pressing the On/Off switch.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
1. To prepare Coffee or Tea: Take a standard 1X2 Paper filter and
put into the Filter Basket then add necessary amount of ground
coffee (approx. 7g per cup) or Tea. Insert the Filter Assembly into
position. Fill up the Water Container with required quantity of
water, put on the Lid and place Carafe into position. Turn on the
switch, the indicator light up, the appliance start working.
2. Anti-drip function: Consumer can take out the Carafe during
cooking and the Anti-drip Valve will function and no Coffee or
Tea will drip out. Dripping will start again after located the Carafe
in position on the Warming Plate. To prevent overflow from Filter,
never take Carafe away over 20 second. If needed, turn off the
appliance after take off the Carafe.
3. Auto Keep Warm: After the brewing completed, the Keep warm
function will start automatically if the appliance still in 'ON' position
4. Temperature Control device: When the appliance is in 'ON' Posi-
tion without water or after finished brewing water, the tempera-
ture will increase and the Temperature Control device will cut off
the power automatically at the required temperature.
5. Fuse device: This appliance equipped with a second temperature
protection. In case the Temperature Control device malfunction, the
Fuse device will cut off the power. Unplug the appliance at once.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
• Disconnect the appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth only.
• The carafe can be cleaned with warm water, some washing-up
liquid and a soft brush. Do not clean the carafe in a dishwasher.
DE SCALING:
To make sure that your coffee maker goes on producing perfect
coffee you will need, from time to time, to de scale it. Frequency
will depend on how hard the water is in your area, and how often
you use the coffee maker. If you use your coffee maker once or
twice a day, it is recommended that the maker be cleaned every 6-8
weeks.
If the time it takes to brew a can of coffee suddenly is increased it
is recommended that the coffee maker is de scaled. The harder the
water is in your area, the more often the coffee maker needs to be
de scaled. The hardness of the water can be advised at your local
waterworks.
CAUTION:
1. The electrical voltage must correspond with the voltage stated on
the label on the bottom of the appliance.
2. Use only cold water!
3. Ensure the carafe is placed properly in its position when brewing
coffee.
4. Between brewing processes switch off the appliance and let it
cool down for about 5 minutes. Then refill with cold water.
5. After the brewing process, always switch off the appliance.
6. Disconnect the appliance before cleaning.
7. To switch off the appliance use the On/Off switch.
8. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca-
pabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
9. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than
8 years.
10. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
11. Children shall not play with the appliance.
12. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments
– Farm houses
– By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments
– Bed and breakfast type environments
13. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-
facturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
14. Misuse may cause injury.
15. Heating element surface is subjected to residual heat after use.
16. The control lamp going out indicates when the machine is off.
17. The appliance must not be immersed.

SPOSÓB UŻYCIA:
1. Przed przygotowaniem kawy należy użyć ekspresu raz tylko
z wodą (bez kawy lub papieru filtracyjnego).
2. Najpierw należy wyjąć wymaganą długość kabla ze schowka i za-
cisnąć w odpowiednim miejscu.
3. Włożyć wtyczkę do gniazdka.
4. Napełnij karafkę zimną wodą, odchyl pokrywę do góry, wlej wodę
