  • Seite 4: Einsatzvoraussetzungen

    Wirkungsweise Der Strahlerschutzhelm P4-PLUS wurde so konstruiert, um ihn auch bei sehr rauen Strahlarbeiten einzusetzen. Er schützt den Träger vor dem Rückprall des Strahlgutes. Der Helm darf bei Schweiß-, Farbspritzarbeiten oder in brennbarer Atmosphäre nicht verwendet werden. Der Anwender muss jederzeit in der Lage sein, auch ohne Helm, zu fliehen.

    7.1. Austausch der Scheiben Beim Austausch der Innenscheibe P4-PLUS ist der Fensterrahmen am Spannverschluss zu öffnen. Die zu ersetzende Innenscheibe aus der Fensterprofildichtung vorsichtig herausziehen. Danach die Schutzfolien der neuen Innenscheiben entfernen. Nun wird diese Innenscheibe eingesetzt, indem die zwei unteren Enden zuerst in die Fensterprofildichtung eingeführt werden, danach wird die Unterkante eingeschoben. Nun ist die obere Kante der Fensterprofildichtung anzuheben und die Seitenteile als auch die Oberkante der Innenscheibe einzulegen.

    Alle Teile des Helmes müssen nach jedem Gebrauch äußerlich gereinigt werden. Keine Lösemittel verwenden ! Alle Teile in handwarmem Wasser unter Zugabe von EKASTU - Reinigungsmittel (Best. - Nr. 266 962) sorgfältig waschen, ggf. unter Zuhilfenahme einer weichen Flaschenbürste. Nach dem Reinigen gründlich mit klarem Wasser spülen und an der Luft oder in einem Maskentrockenschrank trocknen.

    Werking De veiligheidshelm voor straalwerkzaamheden P4-PLUS werd zo gemaakt dat hij ook bij zeer ruwe straalwerkzaamheden ingezet kan worden. Hij beschermt de drager tegen het terugkaatsen van het straalgoed. De helm mag niet gebruikt worden bij las-, verfspuitwerkzaamheden of in een brandbare atmosfeer. De gebruiker moet op ieder moment in staat zijn om te vluchten, ook zonder helm.
