Operating Instructions
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the person using this hammer tacker carefully reads and understands these instructions before use.

Loading the tool with staples
CAUTION: Keep fingers away from the staple mouth and magazine channel at all times.
CAUTION: Ensure the magazine is facing away from you and others.
NOTE: Do not load fasteners of different lengths together.
1. Holding the tool upright, pull the magazine latch down to release the magazine.
2. Pull back the magazine feeder.
3. With the magazine feeder still held back, insert the staple strip into the magazine channel, sitting the staples on top of the rail with legs facing downwards.
4. Carefully release the magazine feeder so it sits at the back of the staple strip.
CAUTION: The magazine feeder spring is under tension. To avoid injury, keep fingers clear of the magazine feeder and magazine channel.
5. Pull the magazine latch down, close the magazine and release the magazine latch to secure.
CAUTION: Always pull the magazine latch back before closing the magazine. Do not force the magazine shut without pulling the magazine latch, as the tool may
fire unexpectedly.
Operating the tool
NOTE: Ensure the magazine is secured into position and not loose.
1. Load the tool following the section "Loading the tool with staples".
2. Hold the hammer tacker in your hand with a firm grip, as you would with a conventional hammer tacker.
3. Select the area to be stapled and bring the hammer tacker down in a striking motion.
4. Repeat the steps for additional stapling.
