Error Codes, Meanings, and Solutions

Code: E02
Meaning: AC output off
Explanation: Ensure the device is supplied or charged within the rated power range.
Afterward, press the AC button to restart the product. If the device requires more power
than the product can provide, consult customer service for further assistance.

Code: E04, E05, E06, E09
Meaning: Output overload protection
Explanation: These warnings indicate that the connected device exceeds the rated power
range. Ensure the power consumption is within the specified range, then restart the
device by pressing the appropriate button.

Meaning: DC output overload protection
Explanation: This warning occurs when the DC power supply exceeds the rated range.
