Before using your baby hammock, it is important to ensure that there is sufficient space
between the baby hammock and the floor. You can test this in the following way:
Place an object in the baby hammock that is equivalent to your baby's weight.

Now straighten the string as long as possible by pulling down the spring until
2 the safety strap is fully extended. When the strap is fully extended, make sure
there is enough space between the floor and the baby hammock so that the
baby hammock does not touch the floor. Check this regularly.
ATTENTION! Be aware that the spring can become metal fatigued over time, which is
why it should be replaced when re-used.
