Fit two front profiles to each of two sheet
metal covers.
If using front panels IT ....00 FP: insert the
front panels into the front groove of the
front profile.

Screw one side profile to a pre-mounted
front profile using two M4x12 screws. Do
NOT tighten the screws tightly yet – allow
room for movement.

Place the pre-mounted front profiles/sheet
metal cover between the side profiles and
screw into position using four M4x12
screws.
Tighten all side profile screws.

profile and the EMC sheet metal cover

Screw the other side profile into position,
using two M4x12 screws. Do NOT tighten
the screws tightly yet – allow room for

Fitting the
decor element
The collar and ribs of the decor element
must point towards the corner part
Fit the corner parts incl. the corner
elements to the corners and screw into
position using eight ø3x18 screws. Tighten
all side profile screws.

For EMC-standard sealing between the corner
sections and the front of the enclosure
(IT ....00 FP-EMV, TF/M ... -EMV)
