Troubleshooting
Problem
The water pump does not work
The air pump does not work
The intensity of the massage
power cannot be adjusted
The bathtub does not stand even
Water leakage
Possible Reason
Power supply is not connected
or leakage protector is
disconnected
Water pump impeller is stuck by
sundries
Water pump switch is off
Power supply plug is not inserted
correctly or the power supply is
insufficient
Water pump is defect
Power supply is insufficient
Air pump switch is off
Power supply plug is not
connected
Voltage problem
Adjust switch is off or defect
Water circulation is blocked
Adjustable foot is not well-
adjusted
Obturating ring is no good
Nut is loose
Connecting part is loose
Possible Solution
Turn on power supply and
connect leakage protector
Clean water pump impeller
Press water pump switch
Plug in power supply
Repair or replace water pump
Check circuitry and plug in power
supply
Press the air pump switch
Plug in power supply
Check voltage
Check (and if required replace)

Clean the water circulation
Adjust feet to level out floor
