Check
Is the power socket on and working?
Is the plug inserted into the socket?
Is there power to the power supply?
Is the power supply intact (is the
light diode green)? Are all wires
properly mounted?
Are the cables defective?
Remove the power plug for the
control box and reconnect it after 2
minutes.
Is the battery intact?
Chimney fire?
Is there a lot of soot in the device?
Are there any foreign bodies (birds,
branches)?
Contact dealer
Are the flue ducts, connections,
chimney and clean-out doors
airtight?
Is there any air extraction in the
house? (Cooker hood, bathroom
exhaust, forced air change?)
