4. Before Installation/Commissioning
The socket may only be operated once removed from the packaging.
Remove the socket from the packaging carefully.
Make sure that the socket has not been damaged during transport before putting the light into operation.
The socket may not be operated if there are any damages to electrical parts. Repairs may only be carried
out by a qualified electrician.
Keep packaging materials away from children and pets. Asphyxiation hazard!
5. Installation/Commissioning
Use of the remote control:
Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert the batteries.
Buttons 1-4 on the transmitter control the remote sockets. The button to the left of designation 1 switches
socket 1 on and the button to the right of designation 1 switches socket 1 off. The button to the left of
designation 2 is used to switch socket 2 on and the button to the right of designation 2 to switch socket 2
off and so on up to designation 4.
The LED on the transmitter shows the radio signal.
Setting the sockets:
The position of the switch on the back of the socket determines which channel is used to operate it.
If you set the socket to channel 1, it is switched on and off accordingly used designation 1 on the remote
control. If you set the socket to channel 2, it is controlled by designation 2 on the remote control and so
on up to channel 4.
Plug the remote socket into the required wall socket and switch with the remote control.
The socket is switched on when the indicator lamp on the socket illuminates.
