2 Intended use
The product is a fly screen that attaches to a door.
If you use the product for purposes other than those described, the product may be dam-
aged.
Improper use can result in short circuits, fires, or other hazards.

For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify the product.
Read the installation instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product
available to third parties only together with the installation instructions.

5 Safety instructions
Read the installation instructions carefully and especially observe the
safety information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and informa-
tion on proper handling, we assume no liability for any resulting personal

5.1 Pacemakers and other medical devices
Magnetic fields created by the product might affect the function of pacemakers or other med-
ical devices! Do not use this product in the vicinity of such devices.
5.2 General

The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous
playing material for children.

If you have questions which remain unanswered by this information product, contact our
technical support service or other technical personnel.

Maintenance, modifications and repairs must only be completed by a technician or an
authorised repair centre.
5.3 Handling
■
Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage
the product.
6 Installation
1. Clean the door frame to remove dirt
and debris.
2. Mark the center of the door frame top.

1. Stick the magnets together and then
lay the screen flat onto the floor.

Note: Make sure to stick the narrow hook
tape over the tie-back strings on the sides
of the frame to secure them in place.
1. Ask another person to assist.
2. While removing the backing from the
hook tape, symmetrically apply the
screen to the door frame. Use the
center mark from step 1 as a guide.
3. Press the screen onto the door frame
and hold the position for 30 seconds.
4. (Optional for wooden door frames) Se-
cure the screen by driving the sup-
plied nails through the hook tape into
the door frame.
7 Cleaning and care
Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions.
They damage the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
1. Clean the screen in soapy water using a mild dishwashing detergent.
