Cleaning Instructions:
•
Important: The inner cushion is not washable and should be always kept dry.
•
The removable cover can be hand-washed or machine-washed. Disconnect the power bank and remove the cover
before washing.
•
Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, benzene, or abrasives to avoid material damage.
Troubleshooting:
The cushion is not functioning properly:
•
Check if the power bank is fully charged, or try using a new, fully charged power bank.
Ensure the USB connection between the seat heater and the power bank is secure.
The problem is not resolved:
•
If the cushion does not work after reconnecting, contact the seller.
Optional Accessories:
An optional accessory set is available, which includes a matching power adapter and a USB extension cable. With this set,
the seat heater can alternatively be powered via a 230V socket.
•
AC/DC adapter: 5V 3A USB connection
•
USB extension cable: 180 cm long, enabling flexible placement of the seat heater.
•
The set connects to the existing USB plug of the seat heater to ensure power supply.
This accessory allows the seat cushion to be used without a power bank, offering added flexibility in application.
Warranty:
The manufacturer offers a 24-month warranty from the date of manufacture, covering proven manufacturing or material
defects free of charge, excluding any additional claims.
The buyer is not entitled to a warranty claim if damages to the product result from improper handling or usage, or if
unauthorized modifications were made without the manufacturer's consent.
Please include a copy of the invoice with any claim.
