Check the scope of delivery for completeness and damage.
1.
Strip off 1.6 inch (4 cm) of
cable jacket. Fold back the
drain wire / screen.
When using an AWG22 cable
with a pair shield, leave the
pair shield 0.15 inch (4 mm).

Follow the direction
instruction on termination
cap and place the
termination cap onto
jack properly.
5.
Fasten a cable tie wrap to secure
the cable fixture. If neccesary cut
the excess drain wire / screen
without damaging the cable jacket.

Insert the conductors until stop
into termination cap and fan out
all four twisted pairs. Following
the color coding printed on termi
nation cap, position conductors
into the slots and make sure the
conductors are in the proper
slots. Cut the ends of exceeding
conductors close to the termina
tion cap.
4.
Secure the hinged
flaps by closing the flaps
completely until they
catch.
