The garment complies with EN ISO 13688
and components making up this protective clothing do not contain any substances at rates as known or suspected to have harmful effects on the
health or safety of the user in the foreseeable conditions of use.
Key to the symbols: This user information explains the usage of this protective garment. The user of the protective clothing is required to carefully
read and follow the user instructions. You have the obligation to supply this information brochure together with each set of personal protective
equipment or to hand it to the recipient. For this purpose the brochure may be duplicated without limitations. As long as you follow these instructions
this protective garment will deliver a long and reliable service. In case you have any questions or doubts please contact the person responsible for
safety, your supplier or the producer. This protective garment is designed in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/425 and the European standards

nstructions for use of high visibility clothing: Wearing other garments or certain equipment (e.g. a respirator) or accessories (e.g.
backpack) may affect the visibility. Ensure that none of these cover the reflective or the fluorescent elements. If the maximum

number of cleaning cycles is stated in the care label, it is not the only factor related to the lifetime of the garment. The lifetime will
also depend on usage, care and storage etc. If the maximum number of cleaning cycles is not stated, material has been tested at least after 5 washes.

protective clothing for welders with a class n performance level, meaning that it will protect you during welding activities
(or risk from similar activities).
Class 1: suitable for manual welding involving normal spatter – cf. table below for examples
Class 2: suitable for manual welding involving larger quantities of spatter – cf. table below for examples
EN ISO 11611:2015
A1: outer materials tested on flame spread in accordance with EN15025 procedure A (surface ignition).
Class 2 A1+A2
A2: outer materials tested on flame spread in accordance with EN15025 procedure B (edge ignition).
Intended use:
in order to determine the correct protection class please use the following reference chart:

clothing
Class 1
Manual welding techniques with light formation of spatters and drops, e.g.:
- gas welding;
- TIG welding;
- MIG welding (with low current);
- micro plasma welding;
- brazing;
- spot welding;
- MMA welding (with rutile covered electrode).
Class 2
Manual welding techniques with heavy formation of spatters and drops, e.g.:
- MMA welding (with basic or cellulose-covered electrode);
- MAG welding (with CO2 or mixed gases);
- MIG welding (with high current);
- slef-shielded flux cored arc welding;
- plasma cutting;
- gouging;
- oxygen cutting;
- thermal spraying.
The clothing is intended to protect the wearer against flames, molten metal spatter, radiant heat and short term accidental electrical contact. In case of overhead welding additional partial
body protection will be required. The protective garments are only intended to protect against brief inadvertentcontact with live parts of an arc welding circuit and additional electrical
insulation layers will be required where there is a risk of electric shock. Garments are designed to provide protection against short term accidental contact with live electric conductors at
voltages up to approximately 100 V d.c.
Improper use: The level of protection against flame will be reduced if the welders' protective clothing is contaminated with flammable materials. An increase in the oxygen content of the air
will reduce considerably the protection of the welders' protective clothing against flame. Care should be taken when welding in confined spaces, e.g. if it is possible that the athmospehere
may become enriched with oxygen. The electrical insulation provided by the clothing will be reduced when the clothing is wet, dirty or soaked with sweat. The protective jacket and the
protective trousers should be worn together.
Care and maintenance:
Please clean the garments frequently and regularly in accordance with the care symbols. Please do not use a softener. After cleaning the garments should be
visually inspected for any sign of damage. The responsible safety engineer should set up a mentenance plan to monitor the condition of the garments. If the user experiences a sunburn-like
symptoms, UVB is penetrating. The garments should be repaired if practicable or replaced. In such cases it is advisable to use additional layer of protective clothing.

protective clothing for employees exposed to heat and flames with the exception of welders and fire fighters. That means that the wearer is protected against brief
contacts with flames, as well as (to acertain extent) against convection and radiation heat transfer.

A2 : outer materials tested on flame spread in accordance with EN15025 procedure B (edge ignition).

Note: When n equals 0, the clothing does not offer any protection for this particular property.
In case the protective clothing receives an accidental splash of chemicals or flammable liquids the protective properties can be strongly compromised. The wearer should immediately
withdraw from the danger zone and carefully remove the garments, ensuring that the chemicals or the liquids do not come in contact with any part of the skin. The clothing shall then be
cleaned or removed from service if it cannot be sufficiently cleaned.

This Personal Protective Equipment must be worn in addition to a full out t (jacket + trousers to evacuate accumulated electrostatic charges (e.g. compliance EN1149-5) .
A grounding of the carrier is required by either the shoes or by other suitable system (the resistance between the person and the land must be under 10
suitable footwear). This clothing is not suitable to be worn in oxygen-rich areas (particularly sealed areas) - please contact the person responsible for safety in those cases.
The design of the outfit has provided for cover of all metal parts in order to avoid the creation of sparks. You must therefore make sure not to leave any metal elements
EN 1149-5:2018
exposed when wearing it (e.g. when wearing a belt, make sure it does not have a metal buckle). Also, make sure that the outfit covers any and all clothing underneath under
all circumstances (for example when bending over). The electrostatic conduction properties of the clothing can be influences by its use, maintenance and any contamination.
You must therefore check your outfit or have it checked for those properties on a regular basis. Under no circumstance may the protective clothing be opened or taken off while in an explosive
or inflammable atmosphere or when handling inflammable or explosive substances.
EN 60079-10-1 and EN 60079-10-2 in which the minimum ignition energy of any explosive atmosphere is not less than 0,016mJ. Electrostatic dissipative protective clothing shall not be used
in oxygen enriched atmospheres, or in Zone 0 (see EN 60079-10-1) without prior approval of the responsible safety engineer. The electrostatic dissipative performance of the electrostatic
dissipative protective clothing can be affected by wear and tear, laundering and possible contamination.
IEC 61482-2:2018
Garments are applicable for use and work where there is a risk of exposure to an electric hazard. Garments do not provide protection against electric shock. Material and
garments have been tested with method IEC 61482-1-2:2014 Box test, APC 1 (4 kA). For box test there are two classes: APC 1 (4 kA) and APC 2 (7 kA). For full body
protection, the protective clothing shall be worn in the closed state and other suitable protective equipment (helmet with protective face screen, protective gloves and
IEC 61482-2:2018
footwear (boots)) shall be used; No garments, like shirts, undergarments or underwear should be used which melt under arc exposures, made of e.g. polyamide, polyester

or acryl fibres; Cleaning and repair instructions (e.g. warning: tears should not be repaired by user; a flammable (not flameproof) thread or heat-reactivatable piece likely
to melt would be very dangerous in the event of exposure to flame).

This PPE offers limited protection against exposure to liquid aerosols, mist, and light splashing. If chemical spatter accidentally lands on the protective garments then
avoid contact of the chemical with your skin when taking off the garments. Ensure separate delivery of the stained clothing to the person responsible for its maintenance
to avoid contact of other clothing with the chemical. The person responsible for maintenance will take the necessary measures for a suitable cleaning of the clothing or if
