Application of PRIMUS
(recreate vacuum for 3 seconds / pause 10 seconds) until
you have reached an appropriate erection (Fig. 8).
This very careful and progressive handling is only required
for the first few applications, for as long as you need to
assess how long you have to operate the vacuum pump to

achieve a satisfactory erection.
4. When you have a satisfactory erection, transfer the
erection ring from the plastic cylinder to the root of the
penis. You should ensure that the tabs of the erection ring
perpendicular to the penis.
5. Press the button to release the vacuum and remove the
vacuum erection aid system (Fig. 9).

Removal of the erection ring after application

1. Stretch the erection ring by pulling on the straps provided.
2. Wait a few seconds, until the erection is lost.
3. Pull the erection ring with a uniform movement off the
penis.

If you encounter pain during or after use of the
device, despite having used it correctly, stop
the treatment and discuss this with your
treating physician!
Should the vacuum in the plastic cylinder prove
to be too high and thus cause pain, release the
vacuum by pressing the push button!
