Step 2 : Connect 4 to 3L / 3R and snap into place in order as shown
above. Then, connect 3L / 3R to 2 and snap into place.
Step 3 : Secure one side of 8 to 3L / 3R by screwing down 13 to 12,
and secure the other side of 8 to 2 in the same way.
