3. Why does it fail to read or write data?
A: Please re-plug and connect the memory card and the connection
interface with the computer to confirm the correct connection between the
components to prevent poor contact, do not touch the interface during
transmission.
4. How to format CFexpress card & SDexpress card?
Note: To avoid data loss, please backup the data in the card before
formatting CFexpress card & SDexpress card.
A: (1) Window system formatting method:
Open "Computer Management" - "Disk Management", find the disk
number of the memory card, right click on "Format" - in the file system to
select a compatible file format, click "Confirm" to start. "Confirm" to start
formatting until complete.
(2) Mac OS system formatting method: In Mac OS system, open "Disk
Utility", select the CFexpress or SDexpress card to be formatted on the
left side, select the compatible file format, click "Erase". Start formatting
until finished.
Note
1. Although the card reader supports hot-plugging, but when using this
product try to "safely remove the device" before pulling out the spare, so
as not to cause data loss.
2. The communication between the card reader and the memory card is
PCIe protocol, which does not support hot-plugging, and you can not plug
or unplug any memory card hardware during reading or writing! The
communication between the card reader and the memory card is PCIe
protocol, which does not support hot swap! If you need to remove or insert
a new memory card, please wait until the data transfer is completed.
