This product has been carefully inspected, packed and received by the carrier in good condition. Subsequent damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. If any concealed damage is noted after removing the byko-spectra lite from its shipping carton, contact the delivering carrier to call for an inspection and file a claim for concealed damage. -
