1. Place the electric hot water bottle on a flat surface.
2. Twist the cover plate which covers the connector.
3. Plug the power cable into the hot water bottle, making sure to close
the charging arm to the lowest position.
4. Plug the mains into a wall socket. The indicator light will come on to
show that the unit is charging. (Do not leave unattended when in use
or charging.)
5. During charging the unit will look slightly inflated. Slightly shake it to
increase the heating energy evenly. The sound made when inflating
shows that the safety mechanisms are in normal operation.
6. After the electric hot water bottle is charged for 10-15 minutes the
indicator light will turn off to show that the charging has been
completed. Unplug the charger from the wall socket and from the
electric hot water bottle. (Ensure the charging cable and plug have
been removed before use)
7. Check the temperature of the hot water bottle before you use it. If
the temperature is too hot for you, let the hot water bottle cool
down a little before using it.
8. Place the hot water bottle on the corresponding covered body
region. (Do not place directly onto skin. Do not use in bed or under
blankets / throws when asleep. Do not sit or lay on the hot water
bottle.)
