Insert/replace battery:
Before you start up your digital scale, insert the three provided 1.5V batteries(type AAA) into the device. To do
this, open the battery compartment
Change the batteries when the battery change symbol “Lo” appears in the display or when nothing is shown in
the display after the device is switched on
Weighing:
1. Step onto the scales and stand still. The device switches on automatically and the display briefly show ,
0.0kg
2. Your weight is measured, flashes twice and is then finally displayed
3. Step down from the scales. The scales switch off automatically after 10 seconds.
Change unit of weight:
Shortly press your foot on the middle of the scale surface. “0.0” , appears in the display. You now may select
the weight units (kg – lb) with the shift key for setting the weight unit
The scales have a measuring range up to 180kg (396lb). Do not overload the scales.
Change language:
Shortly press your foot on the middle of the scale surface. “0.0” appears in the display. With the shift key
for setting the language you may select the desired language for the audio output:
German(DE),English(GB),French(FR),Spanish(ES). Press the key multiple times.
Error messages:
Lo = The batteries are low and need to be replace.
Err = Check whether the batteries have been inserted correctly.
Check whether the correct unit of weight has been selected.
Check whether the scales are freestanding on a solid and even surface. They must not be touching a wall
or any other object.
Weight yourself again
O Ld = The scale is overloaded
beneath the device and insert the batteries.
