1. INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
Open the battery compartment cover
• Insert 2 x AA 1 5V batteries (not included) in the direction
indicated inside the battery compartment
• Be sure to insert the batteries correctly (+/-)
• Closethe battery compartment cover

3. CARE AND CLEANING
Remove the batteries from the battery compartment before cleaning

Wipe over the body using a soft damp cloth. Do not clean with water.
• Do not use hard abrasives or cleaners
To clean the blade with the cleaning brush, push and slide the blade
•
guard forward to remove. Takecare, the cutting blade is very sharp
Clean the blade guard, blade and fan with the cleaning brush
•
• Repace the blade guard, before putting the batteries back inside.
• Slide off the waste bin and empty, slot back on
Store the appliance in a cool, dry p ace

4. BATTERY SAFETY
• On y use AA 1 5V batteries
• Be sure to insert batteries correctly (+/ )
• Do not mix old and new batteries (rep ace all batteries at the same time)
• Do not mix Alkaline, standard Carbon Zinc or rechargeable batteries
• f battery contents are leaking, discontinue use and discard safely
• Batteries should be rep aced by an adult.
• Never dispose of batteries in a fire, as this may cause them to explode
• On y batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be
used
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries
• Always remove exhausted or dead batteries from product
• Remove batteries when the product is not going to be used for a ong
time
• Ensure the battery compartment is secure.
