    GEFAHRENHINWEISE Sämtliche in dieser Anleitung angegebenen Positionsnummern für die Ersatzteile entsprechen jenen in den beiliegenden Zusammenstellungszeichnungen bzw. jenen in der Ersatzteilliste. 1. Die Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes erfolgt durch Niederdrücken des Drückers Pos. 1.2. Das Gerät darf daher niemals bei angeschlossenem Luftschlauch auf diesen Bauteil abgestellt oder abgelegt werden, da dies eine unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme zur Folge haben kann.

    SCHMIERUNG 1. Bei Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sind 2 - 3 cm³ Öl in den Schlauchanschluss des Hammers zu gießen. 2. Ein Leitungsöler sollte dem Hammer vorgeschaltet sein. Die Einstellung des Leitungsölers ist richtig gewählt, wenn während des Betriebes ein leichter Ölnebel an den Auspufflöchern des Schalldämpfers sichtbar ist.

    BETRIEB Vor Anschluss an den Hammer ist der Luftschlauch gut durchzublasen, um Schmutz und Wasser zu entfernen. ACHTUNG Vor dem Durchblasen des Schlauches ist darauf zu achten, dass das Schlauchende fest mit beiden Händen gehalten wird und sicherer Stand des Bedienungsmannes gewährleistet ist. Die Druckluftquelle nicht schlagartig öffnen.
  • Seite 8 ZERLEGEN ACHTUNG o Vor jeglicher Arbeit am Gerät unbedingt den Luftschlauch entfernen. o Augen- und Handschutz beim Zerlegen und Reinigen der Teile verwenden. o Eingepresste Teile nur zum Auswechseln demontieren. ZERLEGEN DES HAMMERS: Haltefeder Pos. 18 wegklappen. Dies ist durch einen leichten Schlag mit einem Hammer auf die Unterseite der Windungen durchzuführen.
  • Seite 9 ZERLEGEN DES GRIFFKÖRPERS: Griffkörper Pos. 1 in einen Schraubstock einspannen und Siebträger Pos. 1.8 mit Gabelschlüssel SW 27 abnehmen (Rechtsgewinde). ACHTUNG Sicherheitsteile, die den Lufteintritt in den Hammer vor dem Betätigen des Druckers Pos. 1.2 verhindern sind bei BH8: Druckfeder Pos. 1.7 und Ventilkugel Pos. 1.5. Bei BH5: Druckfeder Pos.

    ZUSAMMENBAU Der Zusammenbau des Hammers erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie unter "Zerlegen" beschrieben. Alle Teile sind sorgfältig zu reinigen und auf Beschädigungen zu überprüfen. Beschädigte Teile sind durch Original-Ersatzteile auszutauschen. Alle Bauteile vor Montage leicht einölen. ACHTUNG Zusammenbau des Hammers nur durch geschultes Personal. Montage der Bauteile entsprechend beiliegender Zeichnung bzw.

The machine is switched on by turning the trigger (1.2). Never support the machine on this part when connected to the air line, since this could lead to unintentional operation.
  • Seite 12 LUBRICATION 1. Before start-up pour 2 to 3 cm of oil into the hammer's hose connection. 2. A lubricator must be fitted upstream of the hammer. The lubricator setting may be considered correct if during operation a slight oil mist can be seen to escape from the exhaust ports. 3.
  • Seite 13 OPERATION Before connecting to the machine blow out the air hose to remove dirt and water. ATTENTION Before blowing out the hose grasp the end of it with both hands and place feet firmly on ground. Do not open the air cock abruptly. Wear eye protection.
  • Seite 14 STRIPPING ATTENTION o Always disconnect the air hose before attempting any work on the machine. o Protect eyes and hands when stripping and cleaning parts. o Only remove press-fit parts if they require renewal STRIPPING HAMMER: Retainer spring (18) by tapping lightly with hammer on bottom of threaded nut. Remove steel.
  • Seite 15 ATTENTION Safety components which prevent air from entering the machine before the trigger (1.2) is actuated are for BH8: The pressure spring (1.7) and the valve ball (1.5). For BH5: pressure spring (1.7), valve pin (1.4), valve (1.5). Check both parts for damage and, if necessary renew. Remove sleeve (1.9), O-ring (1.11) and washer (1.6).
  • Seite 16 ASSEMBLY To assemble reverse the procedure described under "Stripping". Clean all parts carefully and check for damage. Replace damaged parts with original spares. Lightly lubricate all parts before reassembling. ATTENTION Only trained personnel should reassemble the drill. Reassemble as shown in enclosed drawing or spare parts list. Make sure that the straight splines of the piston (5) engage in those of the rotation sleeve (13) and the spiral splines of the piston (5) in those of the ratchet wheel (8).

  • Seite 18 GRAISSAGE 1. Lors de la mise en service de l'appareil, on doit verser 2 à 3 cm d'huile dans le raccord du flexible du marteau. 2. Un graisseur devrait être monté avant le marteau. Lorsque, pendant le service, un léger brouillard d'huile est visible aux trous d'échappement du silencieux, le graisseur est bien réglé.
  • Seite 19 FONCTIONNEMENT Le flexible d'air est à purger afin d'éliminer les impuretés et l'eau avant d'être raccordé au marteau. ATTENTION Avant de purger le flexible, il faut faire attention à ce que l'extrémité du flexible soit tenue avec les deux mains et qu'une position stable de l'opérateur soit assurée. Ne pas ouvrir de manière brusque la source d'air comprimé.

    LUBRIFICAZIONE 1. All' avviamento del martello sono da versare 2 - 3 cm di olio nell' attacco del tubo. 2. Un oliatore di linea deve essere collegato al martello. La registrazione assicurato per mezzo della cappa di ritegno.è corretta se durante il funzionamento dallo scappamento del martello esce una leggera nebbia d' olio.
  • Seite 25 FUNZIONAMENTO Prima di collegare il tubo dell' aria al martello assicurarsi che all' interno del tubo non ci siano residui di sporco, acqua, o altro. ATTENZIONE Prima di soffiare il tubo fare attenzione che la fine della tubatura sia tenuta saldamente con ambedue le mani da personale posto in condizioni di sicurezza.

SMONTAGGIO DEL MARTELLO: Togliere la molla di ritegno Pos.

  • Seite 28 MONTAGGIO Il montaggio del martello avviene in senso contrario allo “Smontaggio”. Prima di iniziare a rimontare il martello bisogna controllare che tutti i pezzi siano puliti e non danneggiati. I pezzi danneggiati sono da sostituire con pezzi originali. Tutti i pezzi devono essere leggermente oliati prima del montaggio. ATTENZIONE Il montaggio del martello deve essere eseguito solo da personale qualificato.

  • Seite 30 LUBRICACIÓN Antes de la puesta en marcha se deberán introducir en la conexión de la manguera del martillo 2 – 3 cm³ de aceite. Se deberá conectar al martillo un engrasador de linea. La regulación del engrasador de linea es correcta si durante el funcionamiento se forma una pequeña niebla de aceite en los orificios de salida del amortiguador de ruidos.
  • Seite 31 FUNCIONAMIENTO Antes de conectar la manguera al martillo hay que soplar manguera con aire con el fin de eliminar suciedad y agua. ATENCIÓN Antes de soplar la manguera hay que tener cuidado de sostener fuertemente con ambas manos el extremo de la manguera y que el operario esté situado de forma segura. No abrir bruscamente la fuente de presión.

  • Seite 34 MONTAJE El montaje del martillo se realiza en el orden inverso según lo descrito en el “Desmontaje”. Se deben limpiar cuidadosamente todas las piezas y comprobar que no estén dañadas. Las piezas dñadas se deberán sustutuir por repuestos originales. Lubricar ligeramente con aceite todas piezas antes de montarlas. ATENCIÓN El montaje del martillo solo lo debe realizar personal cualificado.
