GB 1. DISMANTLING
Remove the four button-securing
a.
the chassis out of the cabinet.
b. Then, the tape deck and the p.c. board can be removed
together from the upper cabinet.
Note: The loudspeaker, the electret and the wiring of
the battery supply unit remain connected to
the upper cabinet.
The wiper of the volume control is located at the
c.
underside of the panel by means of a snap connection.
To remove the wiper, first push the short tabs outwards.
d. To remove trafo TI , first remove the components of
the selector switch for battery voltage and supply
voltage.
To remove the cassette lid, first slightly push the tabs
e.
inwards.
2. TAPE DECK
To replace the left-hand carrier, first remove wire
a.
spring 69 and clamping ring 66.
b. To replace the carrier
clutch), first remove only the clamping ring 76.
To replace the pressure roller, first remove clamping
c.
ring.
Note: Be sure that the pressure ring 92 does not get
lost. This spring determines the pressure roller
force.
d. Replacing the heads slide 502.
Remove the pressure roller and the locking bracket.
Then, set the heads slide to the start position, and
hinge it up.
Note: Be careful with the roller bearings under the
heads slide. These bearings are lying loose
after the heads slide has been removed.
Removing the keys.
e.
First remove the pressure roller, the locking bracket,
the heads slide and the tension spring of the key in
question. The key will be raised from the guide when
it is pushed somewhat
ADJUSTMENTS
Adjusting the flywheel
(6x1SV)
Adjust the flywheel for minimum axial play, using
setting screw 88.
Heads slide
Adjusting the penetration depth of the heads.
Bend lug A so that, in the start position, the pressure
roller is disengaged from pawl B. The distance between
the pressure roller and pawl B must be 0.1-0.2 mm.
Azimuth adjustment
The azimuth of the record/playback
with.screw. For this adjustment use the test cassette
812/MCT (8 kHz side).
Adjust the azimuth of the record/playback
maximum output voltage measured at points 3 and 5 of
BUI.

Measure the friction

The cassette must give the following
- At the winding side 30-60 g.
• At the rewinding side 3-8 g.
- The indications of the meter may vary by 10 g.
- The friction force is determined by the side sloping
upwards and leaf springs.
• The force can be adjusted by displacing the leaf spring
some times.

2. LOOPWERK
Linker meenemer is te vervangen na verwijdering

b. Rechter meenemer (tevens frictie) vervangen door
alleen klemring 76 te verwijderen.
Verwijderen van de drukrol door klemring te ver-

wijderen.
Opm.: Let op de drukveer 92. Dezebepaalt de drukrol
further into the recorder. kracht.
d. Vervangen van de koppenschuif
Na verwijderen van de drukrol en vergrendelbeugel kan
de koppenschuif in de richting van de startpositie ge-
schoven worden en dan opgeklapt.
Opm.: Let op de rollagers onder de koppenschuif.
Deze liggen na het verwijderen van de koppen-
schuif
Verwijderen bedieningstoetsen

Verwijder eerst drukrol, vergrendelbeugel, koppenschuif
en trekveer
Door de toets iets dieper door te drukken kan deze uit
zijn geleider gelicht worden.
