4. Place the sleeve on the frame.
5. Attach the gasket to the frame.
6. Fix the quick release screw on the frame.
7. Ensure there are no gaps during assembly.
8. Attach the handlebar to the front and push it
down, then lock it in place with the tool.
9. Position the saddle forward and lock it in place
with the tool.
