Safety instructions:
Please read and observe the following safety instructions before using the heating carpet.
The product may only be used indoors.

The product must never be used in the bathroom, sauna or other damp rooms or environments.
•

Prevent animals from biting or chewing on the product.
•
The product must not be walked on with wet feet.
•
Conversion or modification of the product is not permitted. Attention, there is a risk of injury!
Modifications or repairs to the product may only be carried out by the manufacturer or persons authorised by the manufacturer.

The product must be operated from an easily accessible socket so that it can be quickly disconnected from the mains in an
•
emergency.
•
The product must be handled with care. It can be damaged by knocks, blows or falls.
•
The product should not be exposed to moisture or extreme heat.
The product must never be immersed in water or other liquids.
•
If the product is not required, it should be stored in a dry place.
•
•
Before storing the product, it must be completely cooled down.
•
The heating carpet must not be bent or rolled up. No objects may be placed on the carpet during storage.
•
Before each use, check whether there are any signs of wear or damage to the product.
•
This article is not intended for use in hospitals.
No needles, nails, screws or other sharp objects may be inserted into or knocked through the heating carpet.

The heating carpet must not be put into operation when it is rolled up.
•
Persons in need of assistance, children and people sensitive to temperature may only use the product under supervision.
•
The product must be kept away from fire and must not be used in combination with other heating products.
The product must be taken out of service immediately if it gets wet. It must be dried with a cloth.

The product must not be washed in the washing machine.
•

The product may only be cleaned with a damp towel. The heating carpet must not be plugged in during cleaning.
•
Replacement of the control unit is not permitted.
•
The Euro mains plug should never be touched with wet hands.
The appliance must never be operated outdoors or in rooms with high humidity.

The appliance cable must not be pulled. It must always be connected or disconnected directly to the Euro mains plug.
•

The power cable should not be kinked, pinched, run over or come into contact with heat sources or sharp edges. The cable must be
laid in such a way that it does not become a tripping hazard.
•
If possible, the product should be operated without an extension cable. If this is unavoidable, a GS-tested, splash-proof, single (no
multiple sockets) extension cable designed for the power consumption of the appliance should be used.
The appliance should be operated from standard household sockets. Before commissioning, check that the mains voltage specified
•
on the rating plate matches that of the mains supply.
The product may only be operated in the manner intended. Modification or other use may result in damage to the product or the
•
environment in which it is used.
•
The Euro mains plug must be disconnected after each use, in the event of faults during operation and before each cleaning of the
appliance.
•
If the mains connection cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by the manufacturer, its customer service or a qualified
person.
The appliance is intended exclusively for household use or similar purposes. It must not be used for commercial purposes!

The appliance must never be used after a malfunction, or if the appliance has been dropped into water or damaged in any other way.
•
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for incorrect use resulting from non-compliance with the instructions for use.
