10. MIT DEM BRATEN BEGINNEN Stecken Sie die Sonden seitlich in das Fleisch hinein. Stellen Sie dabei sicher, dass die Sicherheitskerbe der Sonden vollständig vom Fleisch bedeckt ist. Stecken Sie die Sonde niemals von oben in das Fleisch und achten Sie darauf, dass die Sonde immer bis über die Sicherheitskerbe hinaus hineingesteckt wird. -
