Please read these instructions before use. Use the product carefully and with the purpose it is intended.
Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
Compressed air is a stored energy source and should be treated with respect as misuse could lead to a

1. SAFETY
• WARNING! DO NOT use the tool if damaged, has missing parts or is thought to be faulty.
• WARNING! Disconnect from air supply when changing accessories or servicing.
• WARNING! Always wear approved eye, face and hand protection when operating the saw.
• WARNING We recommend you wear suitable respiratory protection. Always wear an HSE approved
dust mask (FFP1, FFP2, FFP3).
• WARNING! Always wear approved hand & ear protection. Ensure the gloves are not loose fitting or
frayed on the fingers.
• WARNING! Store idle air tools out of reach of children and DO NOT allow persons unfamiliar with
the tool or the instructions to operate the tool.
• Ensure replacement discs are not damaged in any way such as cracks, deformations or splinters
etc. Also check the mounting washer to ensure it is not deformed, burred or notched. Damaged
washer must not be used as it will cause irregular pressure on the disc which may cause the disc to
break. DO NOT over tighten a disc and never tamper with a disc to adapt it to a different size holder.
• Always use the correct disc suitable for the material being cut. Ensure the maximum speed
specification of the cutting disc is higher than that indicated on the machine data plate.
• WARNING! Keep disc guard in place, tight and in good working order. The safety guard is a
mandatory fitting where tool is used in premises covered by the Health & Safety at Work Act.
• WARNING! Discs are sharp, even when changing wear gloves to avoid cutting/scratching yourself.
• Dress appropriately. DO NOT wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts.
• Use the tool in accordance with these instructions considering working conditions and the work to be
performed.
• Keep hands and body clear of the workpiece when operating the tool.
• Secure unstable workpiece with a clamp, vice or other adequate holding device.
• Ensure accessories are correctly rated for the job. DO NOT use damaged or suspect accessories.
• WARNING! Always keep a tight grip on the tool, using additional hand grips if they are available.
Failure to do so may end up with injuries to hands and wrist.
• DO NOT force the tool.
