INTEND USE
The reciprocating saw blade with 15-inch longer length will be preferred
for cutting branches up to12 inches in diameter quickly. High quality
Chrome Vanadium blade ensures a good lifetime. Arc-edged design and
triple ground offset teeth provide a smooth and controlled cutting.
BLADE INSTALLATION
1. Before starting any cutting, it is important to inspect your saw to make
sure that it is in good working order.
2. Turn off the saw machine and unplug it from the power source.
3. Release the blade clamp mechanism and remove the old blade.
4. Insert the new blade into the blade clamp mechanism and tighten it
securely.
5. Check that the blade is properly aligned and secure before operating
the machine.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
1. Keep saw blades out of reach of children.
2. Always wear personal protective equipment such as safety
glasses,gloves, ear-muff and a dust mask when using saw blades.
3. The diameter of wood need less than 300mm. Use the appropriate
speed and stroke length for the wood being cut.
4. Keep the blade perpendicular to the workpiece to avoid binding or
bending the blade.
5. Do not force the blade through the material being cut. Allow the blade
to do the work.
6. Do not touch the blade or the workpiece until the blade has come to a
complete stop.
7. Do not use damaged or worn blades as this can cause the blade to
break or bend during use, leading to serious injury.

8.Always disconnect the machine from the power source before
changing, adjusting or cleaning the blade.
9. Saw blades are sharp cutting tools and can cause injury if not used
properly. Always read and follow the instructions and safety guidelines.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. After use, wipe the blade clean with a soft cloth and lubricate it with
alight oil or silicone spray.
2. Store the blade in a dry and clean place, away from moisture and dust.
3. Check the blade for signs of wear or damage before each use.
Replace the blade if it is worn, damaged or dull.
