  • Seite 3 1. Einleitung Die automatische Regelung Romotop DIRECT ist ein erstklassiges elektronisches Gerät, das in Verbindung mit Ihrem Kamineinsatz (bzw. Kaminofen) den Verbrennungsprozess weitgehend effizient gestaltet. Die automatische Regelung Romotop DIRECT ist aufgrund der langfristigen Erfahrungen und der Messungen des Brennprozesses in der Romotop Prüfstelle mit der erstklassigen HORIBA Technologie, die von führenden europäischen Labors eingesetzt wird, direkt für Ihren Kamineinsatz entworfen und eingestellt.
  • Seite 4 Starttaste bzw. beim Öffnen der mit dem Türschalter ausgerüsteten Heiztür während der Verbrennung wertet die  Verbrauch: 1,2 W beim Stillstand des Servomotors automatische Regelung Romotop Direct den Brennvorgang erneut aus und optimiert ihn je nach der aktuellen  Schutzart: IP20 Situation der unterbrochenen Verbrennung.

Montage des Servomotors Montage der Servormotor-Baugruppe 1) Drehen Sie 3x die Schraube M6 Pos. 1 aus dem Boden des Kamineinsatzes heraus und nehmen Sie die Beschreibung der Teile der Servormotor-Baugruppe Abdeckung Pos. 2 ab. Hinweis: Vor der Montage ziehen Sie die Anschläge des Stellmotors ab!! 2) Stellen Sie den Bedienhebel der Luftzufuhr ganz nach rechts und setzen Sie die Servomotor-Baugruppe Maßskizze der Servomotor-Baugruppe von unten auf die Achse des Bedienhebels auf, siehe Abbildung.

    Hinweis: Nach der Montage des Stellmotors setzen Sie die Anschläge zurück, die den Motorlauf Montage des Temperaturfühlers in der Abgaskuppel abgrenzen!! 1). Drehen Sie die Schraube M10 von der Seite der Abgaskuppel Pos. 1 heraus. Vorgang: 2). Drehen Sie in die entstandene Öffnung die Verschraubung Pos. 2 ein. 3) Geben Sie den Luftschieberhebel in die Nullposition (völlig geschlossen), drücken Sie sanft an und halten 3).

    5). Schieben Sie den Temperaturfühler mit der Verschraubung Pos. 2 in das Rohr der Decke des KV025W Schließen Sie die Kabel an der Platte der Steuereinheit Romotop DIRECT entsprechend der Pos. 1 bis zum Ring Pos. 5 ein und sichern sie ihn mit der Überwurfmutter Pos. 4.

    Montageablauf bei der Installation der Unterputzdose 11.2 Beschreibung der Teile der Steuereinheit Romotop DIRECT 1. Bauen Sie die Installationsdose in die im Voraus vorbereitete Öffnung so ein, dass ihre Außenkante mit dem Putz bündig abschließt, und fixieren Sie sie mit geeignetem Kitt, Gips o.ä. Säubern Sie dann die Öffnung bis zur Kante der Dose.
