Check the LED indicator on the jumper cable and follow the instructions as below:

Red LED
Green LED (blinks)
No Light
If you encounter any persistent issues, we recommend discontinuing the use of the jump

support.eu@gooloo.com(EU Recommend). Rest assured, we will make every effort to
resolve the problem within 24 hours.
The connection is correct, and you can proceed to start the vehicle directly.
Reverse connection detected. Please ensure the correct polarity of the
battery clamps.
The vehicle battery voltage is too low. Please attempt to press the "BOOST"
button on the jumper cable. Once the Green LED illuminates steadily,
proceed to start the vehicle within a 30-second timeframe.
The vehicle battery may be damaged, first of all, make sure the correct
connection, try to press "BOOST" button on the jumper cable, when Green
LED illuminates (solid), then start the vehicle within 30s.
