USAGE OF THE SKATEBOARD
WARNING! Skateboarding can be dangerous!
For skateboarding, choose places to improve your skills,
avoid sidewalks and streets where serious accidents
happened to riders and other people.
Children under 8 years of age should be under constant
supervision when using skateboard.
Learn everything slowly, especially new tricks. When you
lose your balance do not wait until you fall, but stop and
start again. At the beginning, slide down gentle slopes. Then
from a slope giving a speed no greater than the one at which
you can jump off the board without falling.
The most serious injury on skateboards is bone fracture -
learn to fall (preferably by curling / rolling), at the beginning
without a skateboard.
Skateboard users starting to ride should train with a friend
or parent. The most dangerous accidents happen in the first
month of driving.
Before you jump off a skateboard, look where it can go so
that it doesn't hurt someone else.
Avoid skateboarding on wet and uneven surfaces.
Join a club in your area to learn more. Prove that you are a
good skateboarder and take care of your health and others.

play. Danger of suffocation!
2.
Skateboarding
a) On the first attempts, ask a second person to support you if
needed. Stand loosely on a skateboard with your legs slightly bent
at the knees and ask the other person to pull you lightly. This will
allow you to familiarize yourself with the skateboard.
b) If you feel confident and don't have a problem keeping your
balance, try riding on your own. To start forward, put one foot
on a skateboard and the other push off the ground. After getting
the right speed, put your other foot on the board as well. Stand
sideways a bit, look in the direction of ride, tilt your torso slightly
forward. You should turn by transferring your weight to the right
or left side.
If you have trouble keeping your balance, don't wait until
you fall down, but carefully get off the skateboard and try
again.
Ride at such speed that you can control the skateboard and
get off it safely at any time. Remember to adjust your driving
speed to your skill level.
