Seite 5 • Halten Sie den Griff trocken und frei von Schmutz, Öl und Fett. • Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht verwenden oder bevor Sie die Scheibe austauschen. • Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten, ob Schraubenschlüssel und Einstellwerkzeuge entfernt wurden.
Seite 6 Jetzt ist es möglich, eine Unterlegscheibe an der hinteren Seitenschraube anzubringen und das Einstellrad anzuschrauben (Fig.2). Schrauben Sie den Griff auf die Schraube im Schleifscheiben Körper. (Fig.3) Setzen Sie das Schleifscheiben Gehäuse mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben und einem Schraubenschlüssel ein.(Fig.4). Tip: Achten Sie bei einer Wandmontage darauf, die Maschine in ca.120-130 cm zu montieren, um Arbeiten in der Augenhöhe zu vermeiden.
Seite 7 Um die Scheibe einlegen zu können, muss der Hilfsflansch abgeschraubt werden.. (Fig.5). SCHLEIFSCHEIBE ANBRINGEN Nachdem Sie den Zusatzflansch entfernt haben, können Sie die Schleifscheibe von unten in den Körper einführen.Achten Sie darauf, dass der Zusatzflansch und die Scheibe aneinander anliegen. (Fig.6).
Seite 8 Ziehen Sie die Schrauben nicht zu fest an, um Schäden an der Festplatte zu vermeiden. Der Nebendrehmoment der Drehscheibe beträgt 7 Nm. Verwenden Sie nach Möglichkeit einen Drehmomentschlüssel. Nun sollte das Schleifscheiben Gehäuse gesichert sein. (Fig.7). Prüfen Sie ob die Scheibe korrekt aufgesetzt wurde: sie sollte sich nicht quer und in der Längsrichtung bewegen.

Seite 10 • Vor dem Schleifen sollte die Kette zwischen den Führungen gesichert werden. • Der zuerst zu schleifende Zahn sollte gegen den Anschlag gelegt werden. • Achten Sie darauf, dass der Schliffwinkel der Führungsposition entspricht. • Die Art der Kette sollte mit hilfe des Schleifblocks (falls vorhanden) oder der Tabelle auf Seite 11 bestimmt werden.

The other part is a bearing arm with the motor and hand-grip. The assembly must be performed with the machine unplugged! The machine design provides for either a bench installation or wall-mounting.

Suggerimento: Durante il montaggio a parete, fare attenzione a montare l’affilacatene ad un'altezza di circa 120-130 cm per evitare di lavorare all'altezza degli occhi.
