ons before starting. During assembly, follow the sequence of steps carefully for correct results.
Please note that it takes two people approximately a full day to assemble this pergola.
BEFORE YOU START
Contact your local authority to determine whether a building permit is required.
Study and understand this manual carefully. Important information and useful tips will ensure a smooth assembly.
Check that all necessary parts are present. Separate parts by number and familiarize yourself with the hardware and faste-
ners.
ASSEMBLY TIPS
Mount the pergola on a flat, level surface.
Make sure at least two people are available for assembly.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Mount the product in dry and windless weather.
Avoid mounting on wet or muddy ground.
CHOOSING A LOCATION
Choose a location without overhanging trees, to avoid falling branches to prevent damage and regular cleaning.
Small bushes or fences nearby can serve as windbreaks.
Provide a solid foundation, such as treated wood, concrete, bricks or blocks.
PREPARING THE FOUNDATION
Make the foundation level and check it with a spirit level.
If using a concrete foundation, make sure it slopes down to the edges to prevent water accumulation.
Allow concrete or cement to fully harden before assembling the pergola.
SAFETY
For domestic use only.
Always assemble and use the pergola on a firm, level surface.
Never hang, sit or stand on any parts of the pergola.
Do not use the product if you are in doubt about its suitability for the intended purpose.
Do not put sources of ignition (fire, barbecue, fireworks...) under or near the item.
SHARP EDGES
Wear work gloves, eye protection and long sleeves to prevent cuts.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Work with a helper to hold parts and hand tools.
Schedule sufficient time and work accurately to avoid mistakes.
Have the right tools and all parts ready before you start.
SAFETY IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
In heavy rain, strong winds, hailstorms or heavy snowfall, the slats of the pergola should be rotated at a 45° angle. This redu-
ces the load on the structure and prevents damage.
The pergola is designed to withstand light snow loads. In case of heavy snowfall, accumulated snow should be removed
immediately to avoid overloading and possible damage to the structure.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We assume no liability for damage caused by failure to comply with this warning. In case of extreme weather conditions,
make sure you take the necessary precautions in time to protect your pergola.
Add these steps to your maintenance and safety checklist to keep your pergola optimally protected in all conditions.
