The vibration values specified in the technical data
represent the main uses of the device. The actual
existing vibrations during use may deviate from these
as a result of the following factors:
• Incorrect use of the product;
• Unsuitable tools inserted;
• Unsuitable material;
• Insufficient maintenance.
You can reduce the risks considerably by following
the tips below:
– Maintain the device in accordance with the
instructions in the operating instructions.
– Avoid working at low temperatures.
– When it is cold, make sure your body and your
hands, in particular, are kept warm.
– Take regular breaks and move your hands at the
same time to promote circulation.
Personal protective clothing
There are risks caused by spraying of the
substance you are mixing! Wear goggles.
When working with dusty substances, wear
a dust protection mask.
When machine parts rotate, do not wear
gloves.

Installation
DANGER! Risk of injury if switched on
accidentally! Pull out the power plug before
conducting any work on the device.
Mounting the stirrer basket
– Screw the mixing shaft (2) to the tool holder (3).
– Counter hold the tool holder using a 22 AF open-
ended spanner and tighten the mixing shaft using
a 22 AF open-ended spanner.
– Screw the mixing paddle (1) to the mixing
shaft (2).
Operation
DANGER! Risk of injury! The device may
only be put into operation if there are no
defects. If a part is defective, it must be
replaced before the device is used again.
WARNING! Risk of injury! The unit may
only be used with the additional handle
mounted.
Check to make sure the device is in a safe operating
condition:
– Check to make sure there are no visible defects.
– Check to make sure all device components are
correctly mounted.
Switching on and off
DANGER! Risk of injury! Wear goggles.
Do not reach into the operating stirrer.
Always start mixing with low revolutions.
– Hold the device firmly with both hands.
– Dip the stirrer vertically into the substance to be
mixed.
– To start the tool turning, press the On/Off
switch (7) with the switch lock (6) held down and
hold them down.
– To switch the device off, release the On/Off
switch (7).
Electronic control of revolutions
The unit is fitted with an electronic revolution control
function.
NOTICE! Risk of damage to the unit! The
motor may overheat in the event of perma-
nent heavy loads and low revolutions. Run
the motor at higher revolutions in idle to
allow it to cool down.
The revolutions can be set to any level you require
(revolution range: ► Technical data – p. 22).
– When inserting into/removing from the substance,
use low revolutions.
– When the stirrer is fully immersed, use the revolu-
tion regulator (4) to set the required revolutions.:
• Low number = Low revolutions
• High number = High revolutions
– During the mixing process, move the stirrer
around inside the container. Continue to mix until
all of the substance has been fully combined.
Cleaning
