6. Nettoyage
Nettoyez le produit avec un chiffon humide, sauf s'il
est très sale. Si un nettoyage supplémentaire
s'avère nécessaire, utilisez de l'eau et du savon
doux et séchez en tapotant. Pour le nettoyage
interne, retirez les tiroirs au préalable. Ne pas
utiliser de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou
abrasifs.
7. Critères d'entretien et d'inspection
Inspectez périodiquement l'état général de la
servante en vérifiant les points suivants :

Quincaillerie desserrée ;
▪
Pièces mal alignées ou coincées ;
▪
Fonctionnement du frein ;
▪
Fonctionnement et mouvement des roulettes ;
▪
Pièces fissurées, cassées ou endommagées ;
▪
Toutes autres conditions menaçant la sécurité
de fonctionnement.
Lubrifiez les patins glissières télescopiques et les
axes de roues avec une graisse légère (type
aérosol), au moins deux fois par an pour prolonger
la durée de vie de ce produit.

Introduction
These instructions accompany the MO-RC-EV2
Roller Cabinet. This document is part of this
product. Read all instructions before assembly,
operating, and maintenance of this product.
This manual has been created to provide
necessary information to ensure the safety and
correct usage of this product for the user. Whilst
CATU have put every effort in this manual and
product being accurate if there is an opportunity for
improvement, we retain the right to make
modifications without warning.
1. General Warnings
▪
Lock the wheels when the trolley is not in use.
▪
Heavy items should be placed in the lower
sections.
▪
Close
all
drawers
before
workbench.
▪
Never stand or sit on the product due to a risk
of tipping which could result in falling and
cause personal injury.
▪
Do not mount this product in a moving vehicle.
▪
To move the cabinet, make sure the brake is
released and the cabinet is pulled, NOT
pushed.
▪
Two people are required to safely move this
unit.
▪
Do not open more than one loaded drawer at
a time.
▪
Do not load the trolley with excessively heavy
objects whether inside or on top of the cabinet
due to a risk of tipping.
▪
Do not store liquids in the unit unless they are
secured in an approved container.
▪
Do not climb on the drawers when they are
open, excessive weight could cause the
product to tip.
▪

2. Field of Application
This mobile roller cabinet allows for easy access to
the products and tools included inside.
Being a mobile unit the MO-RC-EV2 can be
relocated allowing for easier organization and
cleaning of your area.
3. Description
Manufactured from sheet steel, this cabinet has
been powder coated for a clean finish. Drawers
have telescopic ball bearing runners that allow for
smooth working and a 100% opening of the
drawers from the unit itself.
4. Assembly Instructions
General:
Estimated Assembly Time: 15 minutes (does not
include unpacking time)
Tools Required for the assembly: an adjustable
wrench.
Number of persons: two persons.
Handle (1):
Attach the cabinet handle to the cabinet using M6 x
20 mm bolts provided (2). Note: The cabinet handle
can only be attached to one side which must match
the end where the swivel casters with brake will be
installed. The holes in the cabinet are tapped and
do not require nuts.
Wheels:
Ensure all cabinet drawers are securely locked into
place using the lock and key for the cabinet. Lay the
cabinet upside down using the cardboard package
materials to protect its surface. Be Aware, the
wheels with brake should be at the same side as
the handle. Mount the two swivel casters (3&4) with
brake to the cabinet using M8 x 25 mm bolts (6&7),
spring washer and washer. Repeat this process for
the fixed casters (5) on the opposite side of the
cabinet. Return the cabinet to its upright position.
Note: Do not over tighten the screws.

5. Usage
To remove the drawers: fully empty and extend the
drawer. Push the release levers on the side of the
drawer. Pull the drawer outward until it is released
from the slides.
Re-inserting the drawers: pull the slides and slide
carrier out until fully extended. Hold the slide on the
drawer while aligning it with the slide on the cabinet.
Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other
side. Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed
to engage the slide. Open and close the drawer to
verify proper operation.
6. Cleaning
Clean the product with a damp cloth unless heavily
soiled. Should further cleaning be required, clean
with mild soap and water and pat dry. For Internal
cleaning
of
the
unit
remove
beforehand. Do not use aggressive or abrasive
cleaning products.
7. Maintenance & Inspection Criteria
Periodically inspect the general condition of the
cabinet checking for:
•
Loose hardware;
•
Misaligned or binding parts;
•
Brake operation;
•
Caster wheel clean swivel function and
movement;
•
Cracked, broken or damaged parts;
•
Any other conditions that threaten safe
operation.
Lubricate the telescopic runners and wheel axles
with a light grease (aerosol type), do this a
minimum of twice a year to extend the life of this
product.
