Before fi rst use
ATTENTION!
❐ Keep children and animals away from the packaging. Danger of suffocation exists!
Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are complete (see chapter "Product
contents and device overview") and check for any damages from transport. If you identify
damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact our customer service centre.

Use

ATTENTION!
❐ If you have concerns relating to your health, consult your physician before using the device.
❐ Discontinue use if you experience pain or discomfort.
❐ Ensure that your clothing doesn't catch in the opening between the foot rest and main unit
when in use. Wear comfortable clothing this is not too loose-fi tting when using the device.
❐ Keep body parts and hair away from the openings between the foot rest and main unit.
❐ There should be at least 60 minutes between use and your last meal.
1. Set up the device on a stable, level surface. Protect sensitive fl oors by placing a suitable base
under the device.
2. Only connect the device to a properly installed socket, which corresponds to the device's
technical data (also see chapter "Technical data"). Ensure that you lay the mains cable so that
it does not pose a tripping hazard.
3. Lie fl at on your back on the fl oor and place your feet or ankles in the recesses on the
vibrating foot rest.
4. Push the An / Aus (On/ Off) button to activate the device. This will immediately activate the
device.
5. Select a speed by repeatedly pushing the Geschwindigkeit (Speed) button until you have found
a speed that is pleasant for you. The speed control lights indicate which speed you have selected.
6. Set the timer using the Zeit (Time) button. The time control LEDs indicate the time you
have set (5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes). Once the preset time has expired, the device automatically
deactivates.
7. Press the An / Aus (On/ Off) button to abort use before the set time has elapsed.
8. After use, pull the mains plug out of the socket.
